Steffi Scherer

is the manager of the German Kindergarten. She is a very experienced and dedicated nursery school teacher (Erzieherin) and has worked in London and Germany before she joined our team. Her special field of interest is psychomotoric, a way of engaging in physical activity with body and soul.

Axel Freudenreich

has been with the German Kindergarten from the beginning. He is also a very skilled nursery school teacher (Erzieher) with a special interest in discovering and experiencing nature and making things.

Susi Schultheiss

has worked as a physiotherapist in Germany and also specialised in psychomotorics. Now she is exploring relaxation techniques with the children and teaches about body and movement. Susi is also the lead person for our arts and crafts projects.

Grischa Schmid

has joined the team from Switzerland. He has worked with young people with special needs before and will in particular work with our new explorer group.

Kristine von Bebenburg

is one of the directors of the German Kindergarten. She holds a masters degree in economics. A mother herself she left her corporate career and now holds an NVQ level 3 in Child care and development.

Bettina Sebek

is also a director of the German Kindergarten. She worked in television before starting the Kindergarten and holds an NVQ level 3 in Child care and development. She is a mother of two.
